Our company is committed to good professional practice and to the high quality of its standards in servicing our clients. In order to achieve this goal, N-Wissen GmbH has established and is maintaining an effective Quality Management System to meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
We believe that only high-quality services and well-designed products manufactured to the highest standards can guarantee a long term and profitable relationships with our clients.

To achieve this objective, N-Wissen GmbH has structured the Quality Management System to encompass all aspects of the company’s activities to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Our company is committed to compliance with all the requirements of its quality systems along with any other legal or regulatory requirements.
The Quality Assurance and Procedures describe how the system is operated and adherence to these procedures, by all the company's management and personnel, ensures that the company's quality objectives are achieved. Whilst the operating and maintaining of the Quality Management System rests with the Quality Manager, it is the responsibility of every employee to use their skills to ensure that the high quality of the products and services are constantly improved and maintained.
